FUNCTIONS:
Develops and implements company sales plans
Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
Develops and implements B2B team sales plan based on the provided goal.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the sales team and projecting expected sales volumes and profit.
Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors, and supply and demand.
Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
Regularly creates reports of weekly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and their progress for key management
LEVEL OF EDUCATION:
- Fluent/high conversational and written English.
- Students or graduates of careers such as marketing, commerce, foreign trade, business administration, among others, will be valued.
EXCLUSIVE EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Fluent/high conversational and written English.
- At least 5 years experience in BPO B2B or staffing of SaaS preferably medium to large
companies. 5 years of experience in Sales.
- Experience with US clients or accounts.
- Hubspot management.
- Command of computer tools and systems.
- Experience in a client-facing profession (Able to give presentations)
- Software Sales (SMB and mid-market)
- Experience with Hubspot a plus
